If the ticket that you played on your user account is winning, the amount of win shall be automatically transferred to the balance of your user account.
All the paid tickets (Active and Processed), you can see in section “My tickets”, which makes it possible for you to have insight in this.
The time limitation on the site for checking the ticket is 90 days.
