In order to perform the deposit payment by J&A payment terminal, it is necessary that, when visiting it, you first of all select the payment on “Volcano online”. Please insert the “User number” of your account (Player’s code), load in the terminal the amount of funds that you wish to pay (paper and/or coins), and after that confirm the payment.
If you do not know which is the user number of your account (the Player’s code), you can see it on the user account, within the section “Account details”, which is at the same time, the first item in the section “Registration information”.
The funds are immediately visible after the payment on your user account.
Minimum payment via J&A payment terminal is 1 EUR.
Maximum payment per transaction via J&A payment terminal is 500 EUR.
