The possibility and value of “Cash out” depends on the number of guessed events and the total quota of active events on the ticket.
Relevant/valid shall be the payment accepted by the user, while the subsequent and final results do not have any influence on the already accepted disbursement.
Once disbursed ticket via “Cash out” option cannot be cancelled nor collect again.
Due to eventual technical problems, as well as in the case of obvious mistake in the offer for the option “Cash out”, the Organizer retains the right to suspend eventual disbursement, to perform the correction of quota offer for certain matches that were for disbursement at the moment of the request sent, as well as to correct the amount for disbursement based on that .
The Organizer retains the right to subsequently suspend eventual disbursement, i.e. to perform the refunds which were irregularly disbursed to the user in any possible way.
Example:
-disbursed “Cash out” to the ticket which at the moment of the request was losing;
-disbursed “Cash out” due to wrong result processing on any match in the offer of the Organizer.
The Organizer does not bear responsibility for the unavailable option of “Cash out” due to wrong results processing on any match in the offer of the Organizer.
