If you wish to perform the disbursement of funds in the sales office, it is necessary that you as the registered user log in to your user account, choose the option Your profile, then select in the upper right corner the section “Disbursement”, after that the option „Disbursement in the sales office“.
After you have selected the option “Disbursement in the sales office”, a new window opens where you enter the amount of funds you wish to disburse and you choose the sales office where you wish to realize the disbursement.
With the reservation of disbursement you obtain the CODE, which you need to tell to the operator in the chosen sales office you need to visit personally, so that the disbursement would be successfully realized.
Minimum amount for disbursement in the sales office is 5,00 EUR.
Maximum amount for disbursement in the sales office is 15.000,00 EUR.
If you wish to cancel the reservation you have created, it is sufficient that you select the option “Cancel reservation”.
