“Cash out” option can be simply used only on sports tickets (pre-match, live or mix). It is necessary that on your user account, in the option “My tickets”, you click the green button “Cash out” (if it is available) and if the offered amount of “Cash out” suits you, please click once again in order to confirm it once again.
The confirmation button protects the user from an occasional click on “Cash out” button.
If you choose the “Cash out” button after that on the same place there is the button “Confirm”, which by clicking you confirm “Cash out” and automatically your ticket is calculated with the disbursement in the value amount you confirmed.
If you occasionally pressed the “Cash out” button, the button “Confirm” shall be visible 5 seconds after which the process returns to the beginning i.e. the button “Cash out” is available again.
After the successful “Cash out”, the valid disbursement which the user has accepted shall be immediately processed to his/her user account. Subsequent and final results do not have any influence on the already accepted disbursement by the user.
